For the 4th year, the meet will be hosted at Gately Indoor Track, which has been newly renamed to the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track & Field Center at Gately Park. A 6 lane, 200m, hydraulically banked indoor track.

Close: Thursday, January 11, 2024, 7 pm CT

Entry Fee: $20 per athlete; $5 per event late fee

Entries will be accepted based on the entry time submitted. All athletes will be accepted until the field size has been filled. High School athletes can compete in up to 3 events. Middle School athletes can compete in up to 3 events.

Wristbands can be purchased at the South entrance of the track. Cash & CC accepted.

$10 for adults

$5 for students (with valid student ID) and children 12 and younger.

Spectator Entry & Tickets

A medal will be presented to the first 3 finishers of each event.

Awards

Doors Open: 9:00am for field events, 9:30am for all others

Packet Pick Up: Race bib pickup will be inside the south entrance starting 45 minutes before the first event.

Parking: Available in the south lot behind Wendell Smith school, entrance on 103rd street

Covid Protocols: There are currently none. Gately Indoor Track is operating at full capacity. (Subject to change depending on city of Chicago).

Coaches’ Passes

Coaches will be given one (1) complimentary pass for five athletes, two (2) passes for 6-14 athletes, three (3) passes for 15+ athletes.

Unattached athletes will not receive a coach pass.  For shot put and high jump one coach may accompany the athlete until their throws/jumps are complete. Horizontal jump coaches should plan on coaching from the bleachers. If a coaching box is established, this will be modified. No credentialed coach should be in the competition area once track events begin, bleachers or North warm up track only.
